Your account
Meet the App Store age rating and applicable local requirements. Keep your sign-in access secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Free season & subscriptions
Season 1 is free. Seasons 2–10 require an active Pro subscription. Prices, billing periods, and any offers are displayed before purchase. Apple charges your account; subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the purchase terms. Manage subscriptions in Apple account settings. Apple handles refunds. Completed season history remains available after expiry.
Fair use
Do not manipulate rankings, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or submit unlawful or infringing content. We may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, with notice where appropriate.
Your content & AI
You retain rights to your submitted content and grant the permissions needed to store and display it as part of the service. Only share content you have permission to use. Optional AI content can be inaccurate; review it critically. AI consent can be withdrawn in settings.
Availability & responsibility
Features and simulation balance may change. We do not promise uninterrupted service or real-world results. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the simulation. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Leaving, changes & contact
You can stop using the service and request account deletion. Cancel your Apple subscription separately. We may update these terms and will communicate material changes where required. Contact support for questions, complaints, or account requests. The Apple standard EULA also applies to the iOS app.
